cats and dogs: the revenge of kitty galore

About : At a base in Northern Germany, a worker delivering secret codes finds a Cocker Spaniel puppy outside his office. He brings the puppy inside, showing her to his Bloodhound, Rex. Rex senses something is wrong with the puppy and starts to bark at her, making the worker take him outside. Both are locked out of the office. Rex looks in the window seeing the puppy taking pictures of the top secret documents and later revealing to be Kitty Galore (voiced by Bette Midler), an evil female hairless cat. Rex turns out to be a dog agent and reports to HQ. In San Francisco, Diggs (voiced by James Marsden), a German Shepherd police dog and his master, Shane (Chris O'Donnell) are called to a hostage situation. Diggs deliberately ignores Shane's commands. He attacks the suspect, causing him to release a device that Diggs grabs which causes a building to blow up. Butch (voiced by Nick Nolte) and Lou (voiced by Neil Patrick Harris) are watching footage of the incident. Lou, no longer a field agent having been promoted to official level hence termed by Butch "desk jockey", wants Diggs to be an agent with Butch as his mentor to help bring down Kitty Galore. read more

Review : Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, is a film that disappointed me. It is the sequel of a movie that I really liked and enjoyed and I was expecting so much more. Firstly I didn't like Kitty Galore, the evil cat of the first movie was so much better, also the whole story wasn't as exiting as the first one. On the other hand there were two things that I really liked. The first is Jack McBrayer as Chuck, he is such a funny actor, I knew him from 30 Rock and I was so happy when I saw him at this film. He plays the owner of Kitty Galore, who is a magician, he was the perfect choice for me. The second thing that I liked was a scene. Personally I think that this scene made the film worth watching.. It's when the pigeon starts talking in frond of a little girl and when he stops, he says “i mean... coo”, it was hilarious ! If you haven’t seen Cats & Dogs, watch it, but Cats & Dogs 2 I don't recommend it.

  2. Aw, that's a shame. I really liked the first one, but the previews of the second one didn't look as good. I'm sorry to hear that's the case.
