Review: This film really made me feel bad. It is about a father who looses his wife and after some months, he wants to have a family reunion with his children. But at the last minute they all cancel on him, so he decides to visit all of them, in their houses across the country. The important thing is that he has health problems and that their kids don not know that he is coming. The beginning of the movie, it is so sad because he makes all this preparations, he buy's wine, a new barbecue, he prepares the garden, only to find out that no one is coming. This movie really got to me, because there are so many lonely people in this world, people with families but with no one to visit them. People who try to find company in strangers because they have nobody to talk to, De Niro does that a lot, he talk's to anyone that would listen, about his children.. This movie has a lot to offer, it deals with many issues, such as loneliness, drugs, lies, death. It is not a movie that you watch to have a good time, but it is a must see because it make's you think, it make's you evaluate your life, your family, you.... To sum up all the actors were great, but Robert De Niro was excellent, he was speaking directly to my soul. Finally I loved the music, mostly though the last song, at the ending of the film, it was the perfect choice for such a sweet ending.
